Träbransch Norr - en regional branschorganisation i Västerbotten
Träbransch Norr är en samägd verksamhet som främjar träförädlingen i region. Vi arbetar med strategiska frågor på branschnivå för att skapa operativa aktiviteter för the timber companies in Västerbotten.
We strengthen the wood industry's attractiveness and make its capacity for innovation visible, showing that this is where it happens and the companies' know-how and cooperation.
TBN meets decision-makers, elected officials etc. within public, private and regional organizations as a representative of the wood industry's issues.

Industry development
We run industry development and collaboration projects for the wood industry in Västerbotten.
Wood Industry North supports and stimulates networking and cooperation between the wood companies. We work to increase business development and strengthen the competitiveness of the wood industry. TBN organizes industry activities based on the companies' common development needs.
Competence supply & development
Träbransch Norr är aktiva i kompetensförsörjningsfrågor för att locka elever och studerande till träbranschen. Vi verkar så att alla utbildnings nivåer ska finnas för träbranschens kompetensförsörjning.
TMF har i samarbete med GS-facket och The wood center in Nässjö adopted a new module-based validation model with a new education platform that will be launched later in the spring of 2024.
Valideringsmodellen riktar sig till både nyanställda och anställda.
